Adviser Ratings
At Smart Start Financial Services we like to help you make informed financial decisions. One of the most important financial decisions you will make is choosing a good financial adviser. We invite you to head over to the Adviser Ratings website and read what our clients have said about us, and if you are a client then we invite you to write a review. We take feedback seriously and are always looking for ways to improve - your feedback helps us to keep evolving.
Association of Financial Advisers
The Association of Financial Advisers is a voluntary additional membership for our industry. Membership is regulated and subject to meeting additional professional standards and practice. Visit the AFA website for more information on why this is good for you.
Tax Practitioners Board
To obtain and maintain this qualification we agree to abide by the Tax Practitioners Board's Code of Professional Conduct, as well as participate in ongoing professional education specifically for tax (financial) advisers. We must also hold professional indemnity insurance particular to this aspect of advice, and have experience and tertiary qualifications that satisfy the membership requirements. Visit the TPB website for more information.
Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA)
At Smart Start Financial Services we do everything we can to provide you with exceptional service, great advice, and open communication channels to resolve any issues that arise. If we don't live up to our core values, and we let you down, you can get in touch with AFCA. We are members so you can access their services free of charge. AFCA assist you in resolving any issues we have been unable to resolve through our Internal Dispute Resolution process (IDR). You can access our IDR details in our Financial Services Guide (FSG).
